Charming Stay in an Elegant Setting

The staff ensured comfort and happiness . I enjoyed trying local drinks at the bar and interacting with the bartenders. I received a warm welcome and had the best suite. It was great. The hotel offered fine views of the city.
I noticed the service at the restaurant was slow and inattentive.

the hotel offered a very nice breakfast each morning the selection was quite broad. the room had good space it had all the amenities i needed.
the pool was not cleaned i saw debris floating on the surface. the reception staff was not very helpful at one point there was no one available to assist with luggage.

The views from the room were amazing, especially the cityscape at sunset. The staff provided exemplary service. Pedro was Excellent!!! Their assistance was always prompt and courteous.
